• Anything you post in a community or group area we operate

Health and Fitness Information

Email

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about your active program or billing continue regardless of marketing preferences. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address.

SMS and Text Messaging

Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Ryan Tripp Fitness LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your program and your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email to be removed.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Community areas. If your program includes a group or community, other members can see what you post there. Do not post anything you do not want other members to see.

We keep your information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally kept for a shorter period.

Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you are outside the United States, submitting information to us means you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure regardless of where it is processed.

Your Rights and Choices
